What is Claude Max?

Claude Max is a six-week hands-on AI program for leaders and process owners, where every participant learns to apply Claude in their own work and builds a genuinely usable solution step by step.

The next cohort starts on 1 October 2026 and meets on six consecutive Thursdays from 9.00 to 16.30 at Ülemiste City.

The program consists of six stages: Claude Chat, Claude Cowork, Claude in Microsoft, Claude Design, Claude Code and Claude Hackathon. Each week focuses on a new way of working, from prompting and document work to automation, prototypes, AI agents and building working solutions.

By the end of the program, participants have a complete picture of how to use Claude in their daily work, find problems suited to automation, build working solutions and take new products from idea to launch.

The program is eligible for the Töötukassa ICT training grant.

Who is Claude Max for?

For leaders and specialists who want to learn to use the whole Claude ecosystem, automate work processes and build working AI solutions.

Executives and leaders

For leaders who need to decide where AI genuinely creates value, what is worth investing in and how to move the organisation from experimenting to adoption.

Team leads

For leaders who want to reduce manual work, improve how their team works and build processes that deliver faster, measurable results.

Specialists

For people who know their work best and want to use Claude to automate repetitive tasks, build tools and take ideas to a working solution.

Training and feedback

The Claude Max curriculum

  1. We start with how large language models work, where they are strong and where they can go wrong. This helps you understand when to trust Claude's answers, when to refine them and when to be sure to double-check the result.

You'll learn to write clear prompts, improve the first answer and analyse long documents and PDFs. You turn complex information into summaries, tables, comparisons and action plans.

In Projects you create a workspace built for your role, where Claude knows your goals, instructions and background materials. With Artifacts you turn ideas into documents, analyses and prototypes.

Result: a Project set up for your role, a practical prompt library, two completed work tasks and measured time saved.

  2. Claude Cowork works with your files, folders and connected services and helps take a multi-step task from start to finish.

We start with using it securely. We set out which files and tools Claude can access, what it may do on its own and when it must ask you for confirmation.

You then build a Skill where you store your best instructions, company knowledge and work steps. You base it on one real recurring task, such as writing a report, processing documents, preparing for a meeting or creating a proposal.

Result: a working, shareable Skill, a repeatable workflow and a checklist for using it securely.

  3. You'll learn to use Claude together with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. We look at which tasks Claude helps you save time on, analyse information and make better decisions.

You create one analysis and one presentation with your own work data. We also compare Claude and Microsoft Copilot so you can choose the right tool for each task.

In the second half of the day we focus on data security and the AI Act. You classify the data used in your work and set out which information can be shared with Claude and which can't.

Result: AI usage rules, a data classification and a checklist for your Microsoft 365 setup.

  4. We start by mapping a business problem. You choose one real problem from your work, explore how the process works today, where time is lost and what users actually need.

You then design a solution that is not only technically functional but also simple, understandable and visually professional. You'll learn to use AI to generate ideas, plan user journeys, build design systems and compare different solution options.

With Claude Design and Artifacts you create an interactive prototype that can be shown to colleagues, clients or management. We also think through how to develop and maintain the solution later, so it doesn't remain a one-off experiment.

Result: a mapped business problem, a well-thought-out solution design, a visual prototype and a clear plan for developing it further.

  5. You describe what you need in natural language and use Claude Code to build a web app, an automation, an internal tool or a simple AI agent.

No prior programming experience is required. You'll learn to build, test and fix the solution step by step.

With MCP you connect the solution to your company's files, data sources and other tools. You set out what the agent may do on its own, when it must ask for confirmation and which data it may access.

Result: a solution that works with real data, a permissions setup and documentation for developing or handing over the solution.

  6. During the hackathon you build your solution to completion, test it on a real use case and improve its reliability and user experience.

You get feedback on the solution's technical feasibility, usability and business impact. You then prepare a presentation for management that clearly sets out the problem, the solution, the value created and the next steps.

We put together a 90-day rollout plan with owners, checkpoints and metrics. You set out how to measure the solution's time savings, cost, quality or other business impact.

Result: a working Claude solution, a management presentation, a 90-day rollout plan and clear metrics for evaluating results.

Before the training I had only used AI a couple of times out of curiosity. Today I use AI daily to analyse documents, draft texts, and get tasks done faster. The most valuable part was the hands-on approach and the focus on our own work processes, which helped us quickly see AI's real value in everyday work.

I liked that the training focused on the practical use of AI in everyday work. The trainer knew the topic very well, communication was quick and smooth, and the learners were actively engaged. Beyond the practical examples, I also gained a better understanding of AI's possibilities, limitations, and the data-protection risks involved.
