Who we are
AI Eesti is a growing artificial-intelligence consultancy and growth partner. We help Estonian and international companies and the public sector get real value from AI, from audits to training and development. Now we're expanding into foreign markets and looking for a creative addition to the team who brings our stories in front of the camera.
About the Role
A four-month marketing internship where you work alongside the founders and the marketing team. You film content at client events and trainings, edit short videos, and produce social media that genuinely sells and converts.
Every day you work among a marketing strategist, an advertising specialist, and external partners. You're on site at client events and trainings capturing moments, and you bring your own marketing ideas that you also help bring to life.

Main tasks
- Filming: capture moments at client events and trainings.
- Editing: cut and edit short videos that stop the scroll.
- Social media: manage channels and produce content that converts.
- Copywriting: write copy that supports the video and the algorithm.
- Team support: support the marketing team and partners in reaching goals.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a good team player and fast learner with an eye for detail and good taste in content, the courage to pitch ideas and see them through, and genuine interest in video, social media, and artificial intelligence.
Nice to have
- Ability to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere (or the drive to learn them).
- Prior experience with content creation or social media.
- An existing portfolio.
