Who we are
AI Eesti helps companies and the public sector in Estonia and the Baltics get real value from AI, from audits to training and development. In our trainings we see the same pattern every day: people know AI would help them, but they do not know how to use it well in their own work.
We solve that problem with our own products. We are looking for a hungry doer to help make those products work for real users.

About the role
A three-month internship where you work full-time on site in our office alongside the founders. The product work is tied to AI Eesti Academy and our other in-house products. During the internship you work on several products at once, and you need to understand each problem deeply, not just on the surface.
Your work starts with people. You interview training participants and clients, find where their use of AI gets stuck, and come up with the solution yourself. Then you build it, put it in front of real users, measure the result and improve it. The attitude is simple: something has to actually get solved.
If the internship goes well, we plan together how to scale, market and export the product work, and your responsibility grows with it.

What you will do
- 1User interviews: talk to training participants and clients and map what holds them back with AI.
- 2Understanding the problem: dig to the root of it and state it so clearly that the solution becomes obvious.
- 3Proposing solutions: bring your own ideas and defend them in front of the founders.
- 4Building: make prototypes and working solutions, using both code and AI tools.
- 5Testing: put the solution in front of real users, measure the result and improve it.
- 6AI Eesti Academy: help build the learning environment that helps people use AI better in their work.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has built something before: an app, a website, an automation, a tool or a project of their own. A degree does not decide this for us. What matters is that you have taken something from start to finish.
We care about a good fit with the team, fast and out-of-the-box thinking, and that you come up with solutions yourself rather than wait to be told. You have technical sense, the nerve to talk to people and ask them questions, and a genuine wish to solve the problem of helping people use AI better.

Nice to have
- Experience with a programming language or a no-code tool, such as Python, TypeScript or n8n.
- Previous experience with user interviews or client-facing work.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor.
- A portfolio, a GitHub profile or a link to something you built yourself.
