About the role
We are looking for a strong communicator with genuine curiosity about AI and technology who has built something with AI themselves. Your job is to run practical training sessions, lead client projects, and help us find new markets, partners and training products.
You do not need to be a finished trainer or AI expert. We are looking for someone we train ourselves and who could grow into the person leading AI Eesti's training business. What matters more is learning fast, having the nerve to present, showing discipline, and being able to explain complex things simply. We will teach you the tools and the method ourselves.

What you will do
- 1Training, about 50% of your time. Run hands-on AI training sessions and workshops in companies, in the public sector and at our own events. Teach people to use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools, and help participants build workflows they will actually use. Keep course outlines current and test new tools yourself.
- 2Project management and client communication, about 20%. Work with the client to map where AI saves them the most time and money, and run the training project on your own from start to finish.
- 3Growing the training business, about 30%. Help create new training programmes and AI services, look for new markets and partners, and test new business opportunities.

Who we are looking for
We want someone who is willing to stand up in front of a room and speak so that everyone follows. A long CV does not decide this for us. Learning speed, discipline and the drive to push for a result do.
What matters is that you have built something with AI yourself, whether a workflow, an agent, an automation or a personal experiment. You take ownership, come up with solutions and see opportunities in problems.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in training, presenting or teaching.
- Experience in sales or client-facing work.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or n8n.
- The ability to run training in both Estonian and English.
- Willingness to travel within the Baltics.

How the hiring process works
- 1Intro call, 15–25 min
We get to know each other, talk about your experience and ambitions, and tell you what AI Eesti does. - 2Practical take-home task
You show your AI skills, creativity and problem solving on a real-world task. - 3Final round with the team
You present and defend your task in front of our trainers, and we solve a team exercise together.
