About the role
We are looking for a strong communicator with genuine curiosity about AI and technology. Your job is to help companies understand what AI can do for them, run practical training sessions, and turn good conversations into new projects.
You do not need to be a finished AI expert. What matters more is learning fast, having the nerve to present, showing discipline, and being able to explain complex things simply. We will teach you the tools and the method ourselves.

What you will do
- 1Training: run hands-on AI training sessions in companies, in the public sector and at our own events.
- 2Consulting: work with the client to map where AI saves them the most time and money.
- 3Sales: lead discovery calls, put together proposals and take them through to a signed agreement.
- 4Materials: keep course outlines and examples current, because the tools change every month.
- 5Market watch: test new AI tools yourself before you recommend them to a client.

Who we are looking for
We want someone who is willing to stand up in front of a room and speak so that everyone follows. A long CV does not decide this for us. Learning speed, discipline and the drive to push for a result do.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in training, presenting or teaching.
- Experience in sales or client-facing work.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or n8n.
- The ability to run training in both Estonian and English.
- Willingness to travel within the Baltics.
